Continous flow

Logistic and Sourcing are purelly flows, continuous flow of information, goods, or services.

As a flow, SC organization will face many resistances or friction against the flows.

Then there are easy ways to improve: Logistic´ resistances/frictions always could be Reduced, Baypassed or Influencing to get a continous flow, when possible.

To increase the end to end speed, and to improve the logistic process, do not put the effort on hurry up the flow, but just put the effort on removing the barriers (resistances or frictions).

Any tollgate will produce frictions against the flow.
