Operational services & management support
The best strategies die in daily operations. Our team embeds with yours to sustain day-to-day procurement: suppliers, contracts, payment statements and logistics — with KPIs in sight and operational discipline.
What we solve
Contracts that expire without anyone noticing, critical suppliers without evaluation, payment statements piling up, operating spend without control per category and internal teams absorbed by urgency. These are “high-impact administrative accidents”: small management failures that end up stopping the mine or costing fines and overprices.
Our role is to make sure that does not happen: we take over the transactional side of procurement with low-variability processes, so your team can focus on what is strategic.
How we work
We define the scope with you — from KPI tracking and contract administration to full supplier management and logistics support — and operate with clear rituals: weekly dashboards, early alerts and one owner per front.
We implement process automation where it adds value (approvals, expiry alerts, reconciliations) and train your team along the way: the goal is installed capability, not dependency.
The results we aim for
Zero contract surprises, suppliers evaluated and developed, payment statements up to date, operating spend visible per category and a logistics operation that delivers without heroics. The chain stops operating in defensive mode.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a procurement BPO?
It looks like one, with a key difference: we do not keep the process forever. We operate, organize and measure, then transfer capability to your team. The limits of BPO are one of the topics we have written most about.
Can you operate inside our ERP?
Yes. We work inside your systems (SAP or others) and your procedures, adding the missing controls and dashboards. We do not impose our own tools.
What is the minimum commitment?
We define scope by fronts with quarterly, reviewable goals. If the service does not show measurable impact, it makes no sense for either side.
Shall we talk about your supply chain?
Tell us your challenge and we will propose a concrete path. The first conversation is free and without commitment.
